  All roads within the project will be graveled. At the moment all roads which serve phases I, II and III are graveled and well maintained.
   
• Rain Drainage

The project is integrated with the natural terrain so that the hydrologic environmental impact will be minimal and the sites will be secure and stable.

• Bridges

Bridges are important elements, not only within the project but outside as well.

• Culverts

Culverts are in place along the project. They are built according to the phase of the project.

• Sewage water disposition
  
  Portasol has created a system of septic tanks carefully designed by professionals. These designs are passed to the property owners who will be responsible to implement this system into their own construction project.

•  Commercial area to develop
  
  For the comfort of the residents, a zone for services has been reserved. We would be pleased to entertain investment and co-investment offers for such services.

• Water
  The numerous springs and ground water within Portasol guarantee an abundance of fresh, potable water.
  

• Electricity
  Owners will have 110 and 220 volts available in the property line.
  


• Security
  Access to Portasol is controlled by a private gate and security personnel, around the clock.
  
  
• Telephone
  By means of cellular technology TDMA and GSM it is possible to obtain coverage in some areas of the project. Regular lines will be available soon.
  
  
• TV
  Satellite dish technology is available.
  
  
• WiFi
  Internet WiFi is available.
  
  
• Garbage collection
  Living regulations call for recycling and garbage collection on a fee basis.
