Portasol´s total area is 1300 acres of which 13% is dedicated to a biological reserve, 9% for conservation areas, 5% as common areas such as trails, parks and lookouts.
The remaining 73% is available for developing the eco-community. We estimate a maximum of 180 lots. Only 15% of each lot can be use as construction area, the other 85% of the lot total area has to be preserved.
Nowadays the community has four phases, a total of 33 regular size lots (1,25 to 4,00 acres) and 6 special size lots (4,00 to 12,50 acres). Portasol also has a hotel site reserved for a riverfront eco-lodge, Portasol Bungalows are located in this site. All lots have access to a home site.
