Portasol´s total area is 1300 acres of which 12% is dedicated to a biological reserve and 88% for development.

The project is developed in phases and the total final number of lots estimated is 180. The first, second and third stage of the project have 33 regular lots (average 3 acres), 6 special lots (average 10 acres) and a hotel site reserved for a riverfront ecolodge, each with access to a homesite.
